FAIRLAWN, Ohio, April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 30, international automotive supplier and industrial partner Continental concluded its acquisition of the U.S. industrial rubber company Veyance Technologies Inc, of Fairlawn, Ohio. The Goodyear Engineered Products Conveyor Belt mining brand, in the North American region, is now branded PHOENIX Conveyor Belt Systems. The new business will be an important part of the global PHOENIX conveyor belt portfolio.
