York-based Wire-Mesh Products, which manufactures wire mesh conveyor belts has acquired a Lancaster County company.

Wire-Mesh Products acquired Manheim-based Penn Wire Products Corp., a manufacturer of woven wire conveyor belts. Penn Wire Products Corp. was founded in 1985.
